A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Daniel started his career in real estate with LJ Hooker Commercial in 2004, working in Western Sydney where he continued to work even after relocating with his wife, Narelle, to live on the Central Coast in 2011. He took up an opportunity to work in the Central Coast commercial property market in 2013, which has provided the opportunity to directly understand and experience the nuances of the local market, as well as determine the similarities to other commercial property markets and how they correlate.
Daniel is highly regarded by his clients, having always given them genuine care, excellent knowledge and expertise and consistently going above and beyond for them.
Commencing his real estate career at the age of 19 Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 12 years experience specialising in all facets of industrial, retail and commercial property sales, leasing and management. Having lived and worked on the Central Coast his entire life Chris has developed a thorough understanding of business property as well as an intimate knowledge of the Central Coast market.
During his career Chris has assisted a large number of vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. In addition his client base has included local and small family businesses through to Publicly Listed Companies and Worldwide Corporations.
Chris’ success over this period of time can be attributed to his work ethic, drive, level of knowledge and genuine interest in building long term relationships with his clients and customers, assisting them to secure results.
Mark is a local leader in the commercial real estate industry, with an impressive track record of negotiating sales and leasing results.
Born and bred on the Coast, Mark has worked in the Central Coast commercial property market for almost 20 years, building his broad market knowledge of its amazing potential for businesses looking to grow within the region.
Mark is passionate about contributing to his community by boosting local employment with newly stationed businesses.
We’re excited to welcome Craig ‘Rosie’ Rosevear to the Chapman & Frazer team. Craig comes to us with a wealth of experience, being a motivational speaker, music teacher and small business owner. Craig was also a performer in one of Australia’s beloved Rock Bands, The Screaming Jets, and is a first class auctioneer.
Craig brings bags of enthusiasm everywhere he goes and in everything he puts his hands and mind to. Craig’s passion for life and his work is obvious to anyone who spends even a moment with him, giving no less with his property dealings. He loves all aspects of property and, most of all, loves connecting people with property.

Prior to obtaining her Real Estate Licence; Michelle was employed in the insurance industry specialising in the risk management and compliance field. This background provides her with a niche skill set to offer practical advice and implement solutions to effectively manage your commercial property.
As an investor in the property market, Michelle understands the rewards and challenges associated with property ownership. Michelle prides herself in keeping her knowledge and training up to date in order to successfully manage the needs and expectations of both landlords and tenants.
Since specialising in Commercial Property Management, Michelle has developed well rounded skills to manage your property with a strong focus on arrears management, rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiations, repairs and maintenance, fire safety and other increasing compliance requirements.

Debi joined Chapman & Frazer in 1999, returning to the workforce after a sabbatical from raising her two beautiful children.
Debi moved to the Central Coast in 1980, previously working for a large, Sydney-based insurance company as personal assistant to its national manager.
She’s worked on the frontline in Chapman & Frazer for more than 20 years. Debi offers an intimate knowledge in dealing with all our clients and their needs, as well as handling the myriad challenges that arise on a daily basis in property management. She prides herself on expert attention to detail and the ability to build good relationships with each of our clients.
Prior to Deb joining Chapman & Frazer in 1999, she worked in the financial sector providing help desk support and training for the company’s in-house computer software. She has always enjoyed helping people and thrives on getting a job completed and enjoys a challenge. Deb grew up on the Central Coast, but lived and worked in Sydney for 7 years before coming back to settle down with her family.
Deb prides herself on delivering a professional service. She has proved to be a loyal member of our team, able to adapt to any changes that arise. She enjoys her job-sharing role with Debi Carmichael, who have been a team for over 20 years. Their combined knowledge of the history of our business has proven invaluable in assisting both our landlords and tenants. Deb has also run a home-based business successfully for the past 30 years, giving her further perspective and insight into dealing with our entrepreneurial clients.
Narelle joined the team in 2018 and is working toward obtaining her Real Estate Licence. She manages our general business accounts and payroll, as well as the sales trust accounting. Narelle is also responsible for compliance and WHS.
Narelle grew up in the country, but her parents had a holiday house at Terrigal. The
Central Coast was like a second home. She moved to the city after finishing her HSC at
Blue Mountains Grammar School. Narelle holds both an Accounting degree and Interior Design degree. Her career experience includes working full-time at accounting firms in Double Bay and Hornsby, running a major plumbing company for 8 years, and a pump company for 5 years.
After getting married in 2010, Narelle and Daniel moved to the Central Coast from Sydney to renovate their house, go to the beach often, and spend plenty of time with family and friends.
