Daniel started his real estate career in 2004, working for a big brand specialist commercial agency, including the most successful commercial office in that big brand network. This gave him the opportunity to learn and develop his knowledge in all areas of agency.
He completed a Diploma of Property at Ultimo TAFE, plus other industry specialised courses, such as dispute resolution, negotiation, and property law.
Daniel has a strong focus on sales and leasing, and driving business improvement and growth. He is driven by a range of values, including integrity, honesty, loyalty and motivation, but his strongest value can be summed up in two words: “Team First”.
Although Daniel grew up in Western Sydney, nowhere near any beach, he always felt an affinity with beach life. So, in 2011, he and his beautiful wife decided to make the move to the Central Coast. Daniel enjoys playing and watching sports, reading good books and practising on his guitar.
Commencing his real estate career in 2004 at the age of 19, Chris is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 17 years’ experience. He specialises in all facets of industrial, retail and commercial property sales, leasing and management.
During his career Chris has had the pleasure of working with a large number of vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. His client base has included local and small family businesses, medium to large enterprises, Government bodies, High Net Worth Individuals, Not for Profit Organisations & Publicly Listed Companies.
Chris’ success can be attributed to his unrelenting work ethic, drive, level of knowledge and genuine interest in building long term relationships with his clients, assisting them to secure results and achieve their desired outcomes.
Having lived and worked on the beautiful Central Coast his entire life, Chris has developed an intimate knowledge of the Central Coast market, as well as a thorough understanding of business property.

Craig was also a performer in one of Australia’s beloved Rock Bands, The Screaming Jets, and is a first class auctioneer.
Craig brings bags of enthusiasm everywhere he goes and in everything he puts his hands and mind to. Craig’s passion for life and his work is obvious to anyone who spends even a moment with him, giving no less with his property dealings. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Industrial Relations & Sociology), and obtained her Real Estate Licence in 2012. She has been investing in the property market and building a portfolio for over 19 years.
Michelle is extremely diligent, organised, has great attention to detail and takes a methodical approach to matters. She values honesty, integrity and commitment, and is dedicated to doing the best for her clients and making each day count.
Although Michelle was born in Sydney she grew up on the Coast from the age of three. Upon her return to Australia, having travelled overseas after University, she lived in Sydney for 19 years and worked in the insurance and risk management fields for an international corporate.
Michelle returned to the Central Coast before her daughter started school, so she has been building her real estate career in the local area since then.
Emily has been in the real estate sector for over 14 years. She started her career providing all round skills in reception, sales admin, holiday accommodation, leasing and property management.
Initially working as a property manager in Sydney for 12 months and then Wyong for the next eight years, Emily redirected her real estate career to the commercial sector in December 2019.
She has her Certificate IV in Property Services providing the Class 2 Agent, Real Estate Sales or Leasing, Auctioneer Accreditation and Real Estate qualifications. Emily is very passionate about real estate and providing her clients with outstanding customer service. Emily values honesty, integrity and fairness.
Having lived on the Central Coast all her life, Emily has been heavily involved in various community organisations. She has held positions including Senior Vice President, Manager and First Aid Officer at a local Junior Football Club, and is currently the treasurer for a local netball club. Emily is engaged to her partner Scott, and they are currently planning their wedding for the near future.

In a previous life, Tim worked in the corporate world for over 15 years as a technical support engineer and Linux sysadmin, after studying RHSCA via Red Hat. He recently completed his Certificate of Registration and is now working towards obtaining his license in real estate.
Tim’s current role with Chapman & Frazer is property management, having realised his past experiences and skills are transferable in developing more streamline processes within the business. He also focuses on building relationships with our community; from small business owners and pathfinders, to investors growing portfolios for self-managed super funds.
Tim is committed to helping people reach the best outcome from each situation or circumstance. He has a curious, adaptable and analytical nature, and highly values honesty and integrity.
Tim lived on acreage near the Blue Mountains for most of his upbringing, and made the move to the beautiful Central Coast with his wife during 2015. When not spending time with his family and friends, Tim can be found with his head in a book and music production.
Narelle joined the team in 2018. She has two degrees in Accounting and Interior Design. Her career experience includes working at accounting firms in Double Bay and Hornsby, running a major plumbing company for 8 years, and a pump company for 5 years.
Here at Chapman & Frazer Narelle manages both our rental and sales trust accounts, as well as our general business accounts and payroll. She is currently working towards obtaining her Real Estate Licence. Narelle is honest and reliable, she has a very strong work ethic and is really passionate about community and local charity work.
Although Narelle grew up in the country her parents had a holiday house at Terrigal, so the Central Coast was like a second home. She lived in the city after finishing her HSC at Blue Mountains Grammar School, and moved to the Central Coast after marrying her partner Daniel in 2010. They have enjoyed renovating their house and love going to the beach often, and spending plenty of time with their family and friends.
Emma has been with the Chapman & Frazer team since October 2020. With over 12 year’s experience in marketing, events and graphic design, she is responsible for the marketing, design and social media at Chapman & Frazer.
Her vision and knowledge have led to many successful projects, together with her values of positivity, honesty, loyalty and respect. Emma grew up on the Central Coast, and moved to Darwin for 5 years after finishing high school to work as a Marketing & Events Executive for Darwin Racing.
She loves going on weekend camping adventures, travelling overseas, spending precious time with her friends and family and playing sport.
Having recently settled in Wyee with her family, animals and fiancé James, Emma plans to get married at the end of 2022!
Debi joined Chapman & Frazer in 1999, returning to the workforce after a sabbatical from raising her two beautiful children.
Debi moved to the Central Coast in 1980, previously working for a large, Sydney-based insurance company as personal assistant to its national manager.
She’s worked on the frontline in Chapman & Frazer for more than 20 years. Debi offers an intimate knowledge in dealing with all our clients and their needs, as well as handling the myriad challenges that arise on a daily basis in property management. She prides herself on expert attention to detail and the ability to build good relationships with each of our clients.
Prior to Deb joining Chapman & Frazer in 1999, she worked in the financial sector providing help desk support and training for the company’s in-house computer software. She has always enjoyed helping people and thrives on getting a job completed and enjoys a challenge. Deb grew up on the Central Coast, but lived and worked in Sydney for 7 years before coming back to settle down with her family.
Deb prides herself on delivering a professional service. She has proved to be a loyal member of our team, able to adapt to any changes that arise. She enjoys her job-sharing role with Debi Carmichael, who have been a team for over 20 years. Their combined knowledge of the history of our business has proven invaluable in assisting both our landlords and tenants. Deb has also run a home-based business successfully for the past 30 years, giving her further perspective and insight into dealing with our entrepreneurial clients.
